Maya expands De Marchi Verona's research into decorative surfaces as architectural tools, introducing a collection that connects ornament, symbol and spatial composition. Designed by Giacomo Totti, the collection draws on ancient architectural styles and ancestral symbols from ancient South American civilization, evoking both the celestial and the visceral world of nature.

With Maya, De Marchi Verona expands its research into decorative surfaces as architectural tools, introducing a collection that relates ornament, symbol and spatial composition. Designed by Giacomo Totti, the collection draws on ancient architectural styles and ancestral symbols from ancient South American civilization, evoking both the celestial and the visceral world of nature.

These references are translated into a contemporary design language made of modules, rhythms and combinations capable of generating surfaces with a strong visual identity. Rather than a simple cladding, Maya presents itself as a narrative surface in which the mosaic becomes a compositional device capable of organizing space through geometric sequences and decorative fields. The result is a collection that allows architects and interior designers to introduce a symbolic and material dimension to walls while maintaining application versatility and consistency with contemporary architectural languages.
